Petya

Toncheva

After ten years of designing under others in New York, Petya launched Design Atelier Toncheva, Inc. in 2020. Strongly committed to design excellence, sustainability, and social purpose, Petya is an NCIDQ certified interior designer and a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

In 2017, she was named the winner in a competition for emerging ASID designers for best kitchen design selected by award-winning designer Nate Berkus.

Petya’s thoughtful and collaborative approach is the driving force behind capturing the essence of a home, the spirit, and the unique personal needs of her clients. Her experience in the industry and exposure to various design styles have led to numerous collaborations with architecture firms and trusted industry partners that ensures a seamless and transparent design process.

Petya’s carefully curated interiors emphasize on space, function and light. Whether bold or subdued, her design solutions are underlined with an elevated style and a subtle elegance.

Her involvement throughout the entire project is a testament to her commitment to every project and every client.

Recent and current projects include private residential commissions for homes in New York City, Greenwich, Fairfield and Norwalk, and the design of a Transit-Oriented Development in Norwalk, CT.

Maddie graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree from Parsons School of Design, where she double-majored in Interior and Lighting Design.

Maddie’s design philosophy centers on creating spaces that tell a story and reflect clients’ visions, emphasizing a client-centered approach. Bringing multifaceted expertise in interiors, architectural lighting, and furniture design, Maddie aims to craft multidimensional spaces that enhance daily life. From concept to completion, Maddie is committed to addressing multiple layers of the human experience in her designs.

3D ARTIST

Malika, is a 3D artist passionate about turning imagination into reality. Graduated with a Business Information Systems degree from Westminster International University in Tashkent, she also earned a diploma in Interior Design from Geometrium School. Her expertise in photorealistic visualizations has been refined through numerous specialized courses. She thrives on merging technology and creativity in order to visualize future interior and exterior designs, empowering clients to envision the end result even before a project begins.

Business Manager

Robert oversees the operations, finances, and strategies at D.A.T. His responsibilities include setting goals, allocating resources, managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the business. He also brings to the table his savvy real estate investing knowledge as well as his health and wellness expertise.
