This Riverside home has evolved with the family it houses. In 2020–2021, the house underwent a full renovation in collaboration with Meshberg Architects, with the finishes in every room reimagined — including a complete gut renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms, and the addition of custom bars, mud room, home gym, and playroom — to better suit daily life while honoring the character of the home. DeRosa Builders executed the renovation.

In 2025–2026, the team returned to collaborate on a new addition anchored by a family room — the true star of the project, featuring a custom fireplace, custom millwork, and cathedral ceilings. The addition also increased the basement area, doubled the size of the playroom, and relocated and reinvented the gym, with new finishes and equipment. Again working with Meshberg Architects and DeRosa Builders, the goal was to expand the home to meet the family’s changing needs.
